Welcome to FabPay! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FabPay app, website, and related services provided by Fab Giglio Property Group Ltd ("we", "our", "us").
By using FabPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility
To use FabPay, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate personal and business information
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
2. Payments & Payouts
Payments are processed via our third-party payment providers.
Card Payments (Stripe)
- UK-issued consumer cards: 1.4% + 20p per transaction
- International cards: 2.9% + 20p per transaction
- Currency conversion: Additional 2% fee if applicable
- Dispute fee: £20 per dispute
- Counter fee: £20 per counteraction (refunded if the dispute is won)
- Funds are usually deposited within 1-2 business days
Instant Payouts (Optional)
- Surcharge: 1% of the payout amount for instant transfers
- Available instantly to eligible users
Payments via Bank Transfer (Asima)
- FabPay uses Asima Ltd, an FCA-authorised provider, to process secure bank-to-bank payments via Open Banking
- Payments are initiated by the user's bank and settled directly
- Users must have online/mobile banking to complete transactions
- FabPay is not responsible for any issues arising from the user's bank
- A 0.8% Standard, 0.4% Premium transaction fee applies to all Asima payments — that's still over 50% cheaper than card payments
Stripe Agreements
By using FabPay card payment services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Stripe agreements:
You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate and up to date.
3. Referral Programme
FabPay offers referral bonuses for inviting others to join the platform.
To stay eligible, you must follow the in-app referral rules. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referrals, fraud) may result in withheld earnings or account termination.
Referral earnings may also be subject to minimum thresholds or payout delays.
4. TrustScore Loyalty Engine
FabPay's TrustScore system rewards users for positive activity. This may affect eligibility for certain features or referral bonuses.
TrustScore rules and reward tiers are subject to change.
5. Fees
You agree to pay FabPay's transaction and service fees as disclosed in the Pricing section.
Fees may change with notice via email or in-app updates. We don't charge subscription fees or setup costs — just a per-transaction model.
6. Termination
You can close your FabPay account at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if there's suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
FabPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g., Stripe or banks)
- Loss of data due to user error
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with UK GDPR and use secure systems to protect your personal information.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If you continue using FabPay after changes are posted, it means you accept the new version.
Important changes will be communicated via email or in-app.
